{"id":114257,"date":"2022-11-05T23:58:17","date_gmt":"2022-11-06T05:58:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogging-techies.com\/sw\/ssder-samsung-beter-sig-ocksa-fel\/"},"modified":"2022-11-05T23:58:17","modified_gmt":"2022-11-06T05:58:17","slug":"ssder-samsung-beter-sig-ocksa-fel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogging-techies.com\/sw\/ssder-samsung-beter-sig-ocksa-fel\/","title":{"rendered":"SSD:er \u2013 Samsung beter sig ocks\u00e5 fel!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>SSD:er \u2013 Samsung beter sig ocks\u00e5 fel!  \u2013<\/strong> Som du kanske vet har m\u00e5nga tillverkare p\u00e5 senare tid f\u00e5ngats praktiskt\u2026 <strong>Vad \u00e4r massan i denna ber\u00e4ttelse?<\/strong> Tja, vi pratar om lagringsfokuserade f\u00f6retag, som av olika anledningar beslutade sig f\u00f6r att byta ut n\u00e5gra nyckelkomponenter i sina SSD-enheter, vilket i de flesta fall resulterar i en s\u00e4nkning av prestanda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad \u00e4r problemet?<\/strong> Det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt enkelt, trots anv\u00e4ndningen av svagare och billigare komponenter f\u00f6rblir priset p\u00e5 drevet exakt detsamma, och givetvis v\u00e4ljer tillverkarna att inte \u00e4ndra de officiella produktspecifikationerna. <strong>Med andra ord har vi m\u00e5nga konsumenter som k\u00f6per \u201ccat in a poke\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vad \u00e4r nytt i allt detta?  Tja, det verkar som att den dominerande kraften p\u00e5 denna marknad, Samsung, ocks\u00e5 har gjort sin egen\u2026<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Samsung_pysslar_ocksa_med_SSD_er_utan_att_beratta_det_for_nagon\"><\/span><strong>Samsung pysslar ocks\u00e5 med SSD:er utan att ber\u00e4tta det f\u00f6r n\u00e5gon!<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>S\u00e5, som vi sa ovan, p\u00e5 senare tid har m\u00e5nga tillverkare fastnat f\u00f6r att byta komponenter i sina SSD-lagringsenheter.  D\u00e4r vi beh\u00f6ver lyfta fram ADATA, Patriot, Western Digital, <strong>och det visar sig, \u00e4ven Samsung! <\/strong>S\u00e4rskilt i den senaste leveransen av 970 Evo SSD:er som skickats till butiker.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r allt kommer omkring, enligt Computer base, \u00e5tminstone i dess 1TB-version, har vi betydande skillnader i SSD-prestanda.  Vilket tydligen beror p\u00e5 bytet av kontrollern, som tidigare var en Phoenix (S4LR020), och NAND Flash-chips (96-lagers 3D TLC NAND).  \u00c4r det nya 1TB Evo Plus, vi har en Elpis-kontroller (S4LV003) och tydligen minneskretsar med mindre densitet.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vad_ar_skillnaden_i_prestanda\"><\/span><strong>Vad \u00e4r skillnaden i prestanda?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Intressant nog, medan cachen p\u00e5 40 GB lyckas svara, har prestanda till och med \u00f6kat.  Med andra ord \u00e4r den nya SSD:n snabbare p\u00e5 arbetsbelastningar p\u00e5 upp till 115GB.  Problemet \u00e4r senare\u2026 \u00c4r att medan den gamla enheten kunde bibeh\u00e5lla skrivprestandan p\u00e5 1500 MB\/s, \u00e4r den nya enheten p\u00e5 800 MB\/s. <strong>En droppe till HALVAN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Komponent\u00e4ndringar i h\u00e5rdvaruversioner \u00e4r vanliga i teknikv\u00e4rlden.  Men n\u00e4r det finns en inverkan p\u00e5 prestanda, vare sig den \u00e4r positiv eller negativ, m\u00e5ste konsumenter och granskare veta!
